PETG-CF 3D Printing
Carbon-fiber-reinforced PETG is a good candidate for stiff jigs, fixtures and brackets. Tell us how the part will be loaded so we can review the design and print orientation.
Applications
Positioning aids, rigid fixtures and technical brackets where stiffness matters.
Material and process trade-offs
Chopped carbon fiber reinforces a PETG thermoplastic base. It can improve stiffness in an appropriate design, but it is not continuous-fiber laminate and should not be assumed tougher in impact than unfilled PETG.
Design and fit considerations
Orient loads thoughtfully and allow material around screw holes. Layer strength and small-feature detail need consideration. This is a different material family from nylon-based PA12-CF.

Quality choices
Draft 0.30 mm and Standard 0.20 mm
Layer height affects surface detail and production choices; it is not a tolerance guarantee. Review the options available for your model. Colors can change with availability. Share critical fits, quantity, intended use, and model/drawing references if a print needs discussion.
