TPU 95A 3D Printing
TPU 95A flexes under pressure, making it a practical choice for protective feet, bumpers, grips and sleeves. The shape and wall thickness affect how much the finished part bends.
Applications
Protective feet, compliant bumpers, sleeves and grip components.
Material and process trade-offs
TPU 95A is the standard flexible option. Wall thickness, shape and infill affect compliance, so two parts made from the same grade can feel very different.
Design and fit considerations
Allow for compression and interference when designing fits. Discuss chemical exposure, repeated flexing and thin sealing edges. TPU 90A is specialty inquiry-only, not an additional standard catalog material.

Layer height affects surface detail and production choices; it is not a tolerance guarantee. Review the options available for your model. Colors can change with availability. Share critical fits, quantity, intended use, and model/drawing references if a print needs discussion.
