Turn a digital model into a physical part for fit checks, product development, testing, and design refinement.
Produce custom guides, holders, positioning tools, assembly aids, and other shop fixtures without investing in conventional tooling.
Create brackets, adapters, covers, housings, mounts, and other components that are difficult to source or require a custom fit.
Produce repeatable parts in quantities that may not justify molds, dies, or other traditional production tooling.
Material selection depends on how the finished part will be used. Heartland FabCo offers functional thermoplastics for general-purpose, outdoor, heat-resistant, rigid, and technical applications.
A durable general-purpose material with good layer adhesion and moisture resistance. Well suited to brackets, fixtures, housings, shop components, and everyday functional parts.
PETG 3D printingA strong thermoplastic with useful impact and temperature resistance. Commonly selected for functional components that may see warmer environments or require post-processing.
ABS 3D printingDesigned for applications where weather and ultraviolet exposure matter. ASA is a strong choice for outdoor fixtures, housings, brackets, and other exposed components.
ASA 3D printingReinforced filaments provide increased stiffness and a technical surface finish for suitable jigs, fixtures, brackets, and dimensional components.
Carbon fiber 3D printingAvailable for appropriate high-demand applications where toughness and temperature performance are important.
Polycarbonate 3D printingMaterial availability, color, geometry, and production options vary by project. The Instant Quote tool displays the options currently available for your file.
