Selected 6061 aluminum routing and light plate work can be reviewed now. Expanded CNC machining, including indexed 3+2 and simultaneous 5-axis work, is in development and is not currently orderable.

Share flat profiles, plates, templates, and fixture concepts for a custom quote. Thickness, cutter access, engagement, workholding, and required finish determine whether a project suits the current routing process.
Pending work: expanded machining
More complex multi-face and contoured parts belong in a future machining discussion. Planned approaches include 3-axis, indexed 3+2, and simultaneous 5-axis machining. Availability requires validation; no launch date, guaranteed price, or production slot is offered by an inquiry.
Specify alloy and condition
Identify 6061 and the required temper or stock condition on the drawing where it matters. An alloy name does not establish an acceptable substitute, surface condition, strength requirement, or certification. Traceability, documentation, and special purchasing requirements need explicit review.
Design around access and restraint
Internal radii, deep narrow pockets, thin walls, and unsupported features influence cutter choice and part stability. Include datums, threaded features, mating components, and critical tolerances. A drawing should distinguish functional requirements from dimensions that are only reference information.
Finish and project inputs
Do not assume anodizing, polishing, coating, or a cosmetic surface is included. State burr and edge expectations, appearance requirements, quantity, model and drawing links, intended use, and timing. Finished-part tolerances are project-specific requirements for review, not a consequence of machine axis count.

Is every 6061 part currently available?
No. Current routing and light plate work is reviewed case by case. Expanded machining is pending and cannot be ordered.
